TERMS OF SALE

• Goods will only be dispatched by us once payment has been received and verified. In this regard, where payment is made by personal cheque, goods will NOT be dispatched until cheque has cleared, and is credited to our account. Where payment is made by credit card,  debits are made on your account in € Euro, and appear on your Credit Card statement attributed to EURO-ORDER (our credit card processing service). The currency converter displayed on our web-site is intended to give the purchaser an approximate conversion into their local currency - the actual conversion rate depends on prevailing exchange rates and your credit card company.           
• Payments will only be accepted in € Euro. Shipping is included free of charge in our listed prices by standard means; express delivery, where possible, will incur extra charges - e-mail for exact details.
• EU prices include VAT and shipping within the Union - no further import charges etc will apply. Non-EU prices include shipping, but the purchaser may be required to pay local import taxes within their own country. Where shipping is to countries that are not covered by shipping insurance, the buyer assumes responsibility for lost shipments. Countries that are covered for loss are EU, USA, Canada, Norway, Switzerland and Channel Islands.  
• Due to the high frequency of fraudulent credit card orders, additional proof of card ownership may be required. This procedure is routine on orders exceeding €1500.00, but we reserve the right to request supporting documents on any order - genuine purchasers do not mind these procedures, which protect all of us. Credit Card Fraudsters beware - all details of attempted fraudulent transactions are retained as evidence for civil/criminal prosecution.
• This company has a STRICT code of customer confidentiality - NO customer/order details are disclosed to any third party.
• We are Mail-Order suppliers,  NO personal callers without prior appointment, please. This ensures that customer confidentiality is assured.                                                                                
• Orders normally take 7-10 working days before arriving with the customer (depending on delivery address ) - but in some circumstances,  items can take as long as 28 days to arrive at your door. You will be advised by return of e-mail, on ordering, if any delays are anticipated in your orders dispatch.                 
• Legality of Products - some of our products are not legal for use within the EU (these products are clearly designated on this site), and are consequently only sold for export outside the EU. International customers are advised to check local regulations governing the legality of equipment before ordering - we accept no responsiblity for breaches of laws by customers in other jurisdictions.                                
• Returns Policy - Unless otherwise stated, products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This guarantee is dependant on and subject to the customer operating the equipment as per operating instructions, and not modifiying or altering it in any way. Due to the nature of our products, all goods sold by us are Sales Final i.e we will not give refunds for items that are no longer required by the customer. This does not affect the customers statutory rights with regard to goods, found on inspection by us, to be faulty, in which case we will repair/replace/refund as appropriate. The customer must receive a Returns Authorisation Number from us before any goods can be returned.The customer is responsible for returning the product(s) in question to us in otherwise perfect condition, and we recommend that any returns made to us be both insured and registered; The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any returns.                       
• While every effort is made in the accuracy of our specifications, products may vary slightly in appearance from those displayed on our site, due to inherent loss of quality in the photographic process.                                                                                                                     
• Liability - Our total and complete liability in any matter will not exceed the cost of the item in question, paid to us by the customer. This obligation extends only to the original purchaser of the product(s) and not to any third party.
